Description

This tenant improvement project took place in the basement of First Canadian Centre. The space was still equipped with all originalcomponents from 1982, and required an upgrade and modernization. The electrical design needed to create a space, in a basement,which would feel open and fresh, without having any windows. Extensive lighting design went into the space to ensure this was achieved.
