Description

This City property in downtown Calgary required the demolition of the existing clubhouse and reconstruction of a new clubhouse. The clubhouse offers a kitchen, change rooms, three flex areas for meals and social gatherings, washrooms, office space and server room.
The exterior property consists of two beautiful large lawn bowling greens, walking paths and parking lot. m+b was responsible for upgrading the lighting design, data communications and network infrastructure, wireless access points, fire alarm verification and power distribution as required to the indoor and outdoor spaces.
