Background

The project parameters for the electrical design were to revitalize a 30-year old structure and bring this back to be an ‘A’ class building. The project design started in 2010 and was ‘fast tracked’ for completion in 2011/2012. The complete electrical infrastructure was removed and replaced including fire alarm, power distribution, lighting, security and emergency/exit lighting. This work coincided with elevator upgrades and a complete change of the entrance, signage, etc.
